On September 10, Liupanshui government held a panel discussion with a mission of enterprises from Chongqing. Based on preliminary negotiations, the parties exchanged views thoroughly on investment cooperation in hydrogen vehicles and basalt parts industrial park. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Li Gang attended and addressed the panel discussion.
Wang Yuanjian (Chairman of Chongqing Xinying Yuanjian Machinery Co., Ltd.), Liu Qi (General Manager of Chongqing Dima Industry Co., Ltd.), Zhang Jianwei (Head of General Administration Department of Qingling Motors (Group) Co., Ltd.), Xiong Xiaoyong (Vice Head of Product Development Department of Qingling Motors Corporation), and Wang Chencan (Assistant President of Chongqing Hengtong Bus Co., Ltd.) attended the panel discussion, and introduced their enterprises and expressed cooperation intension.
Li Gang welcomed these entrepreneurs. After a brief introduction to the economic and social development in Liupanshui, Li Gang exchanged views with the mission on issues concerning the development of hydrogen energy in the city as well as the application and prospects of continuous basalt fiber R&D. Li Gang said that, the city is sparing no efforts to promote the comprehensive development of the seven major industries including new materials and new energy & chemical. With unique advantages and favorable foundation in perspectives of developing hydrogen energy and continuous basalt fiber, the cooperation is promising. It is hoped that relevant parties can be honest to one another for the sake of mutual benefit, and carry out pragmatic cooperation in the aforementioned fields. Liupanshui government will maintain close communication with relevant enterprises and keep optimizing the business environment, to render full support to enterprises.
Wang Yuanjian, on behalf of the mission, expressed thanks to Liupanshui for the warm welcome and considerate services. Wang said that, we see a positive momentum for development of industries such as hydrogen energy and continuous basalt fiber in Liupanshui. It is promising if we can integrate the funds, R&D capabilities and market presence of enterprises with the resources and industries in Liupanshui. Representatives from enterprises all said that they will give full play their advantages in funds and technologies, to realize the full potential of cooperation and actively engage in the industry development of Liupanshui.
Government Secretary General Luo Zixiang hosted the panel discussion. Leaders from relevant municipal departments, Shuicheng government, Management Committee of Shuicheng Economic Development Zone, and Guizhou Shixin Basalt Technology Co., Ltd. attended the panel discussion.
